Bespoke wellbeing sessions delivered after school to support staff in the self management of their physical well being and mental health. This therapeutic approach includes Mindfulness, Yoga, breath awareness and relaxation.
These staff twilight sessions are designed to be a flexible combination of Yoga, Mindfulness and Relaxation. Depending on the plan for the programme, staff can benefit from an increased sense of calm, strength and flexibility, increased self awareness and the ability to self manage emotions and develop resilience.
All sessions are delivered by an experienced practitioner an ex teacher who is perfectly placed to understand the complex issues and challenges facing teachers each and every day.
