Julie has been working in education for eighteen years. She has successfully taught GCSE and A level in Food and Textiles Technology. Julie is very interested in healthy living and has spear headed initiatives in her work such as ‘Healthy Schools Status’ & ‘Eco Green Flag Award’.
Julie has always had a passion for healthy living practices and has practised yoga since her early twenties. In early 2016, Julie began to explore Mindfulness more deeply and further develop her own practice. She now wishes to offer children and young people the wellbeing she has found with the practice. Julie has trained to teach yoga & mindfulness to children and young people.
To underpin her training Julie has trained with Place2Be, an introduction to children’s counselling, and Metanoeo, life coaching for adults.
