What is Mindfulness
Youth Mindfulness is a 16 hour programme that is delivered over 8 weeks. Each lesson lasts between 45-60 minutes.
The content focusses on the core principles of: intention, attention and attitude followed by gratitude, handling difficult thoughts and emotions and developing kindness towards self and others.
